It must have been his first time because we're there all the time and had never seen him before. Anyway, he comes in and gets down on the bench and only starts lifting the bar, like without any weight and seemed like he was really trying to be good with his form and stuff. Like, slow reps, all that. So I walk up to him and yell, "HEY" and he kind of lifts his head up. Meanwhile, my two friends put a plate on each side and it came crashing down onto his neck. We all just stood there laughing as he struggled to dump the plates. Everyone else in the gym was laughing, too. And after he got up, I got in his face and called him a fucking faggot and he ran away.
