Why do boxers typically have the best physiques? They're always proportioned so well. Most of the time other athletes like NFL players or weight lifters look bloated and strange. Basketball players and soccer players can be skinny fat plenty of the time. While boxers and many MMA fighters look like perfection. I'm not gay but just saying.
Coz their sports generally require good cardio. Not to mention that generally they have to be at a certain weight range for most of their career. Carrying extra weight provides little to no benefit.
>>76802812They train everything proportionately, rugby guys look aesthetic too, the issue is the powershitting heavy programs american football psyops kids into and uses to filter talents
>>76802812Only QBs and lineman look bloated or doughy. Lineman need the extra fat and quarterbacks don’t need to look defined as much
>>76802812I don't even watch football, but NFL athletes are clearly the most athletic people on earth by a wide margin.
