I'm 6'5 225lbs. I'm bulking at 3250kcal
Most people's macro splits look (roughly) like 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat - but 40% as protein is 325g - surely that's too high?

Should I instead cap protein intake at 250g?

Thought that might be the case. I'm going to drop it down to 220g, carbs at 300g and fat at 130g
