Any fermented foods.
People have really gone off fermented goods lately and it shows. Humans are meant to eat fermented or slightly altered foods such as dairy/sour milk, fruit jams and syrups, breads, alcohols, dough, etc.
But if I had to say 1 food, I'd say kefir fits all the good stuff in there.
So if everyone consumed 1 kefir every day, the world population would literally get healthier.
>>
>>76807390
>>76807403
why then they would pick a specific food to naysay?
their recommended diet says to eat a number of whole foods, fish, berries etc...
would not help to sell supplements to single out that 1 food
>>
>>76807452
>It wouldn't help to tell people not to eat a primary component of alternatives to the supplements that they sell, causing people to directly buy from them and not competitors.
Uh huh

>primary component of alternatives
per their own marketing. they urge replacement of pills/meds with their supp, not foods. the food replacements/reccs are only to be replaced with other real foods.

regardless, you could directly address the assertions regarding galactose if you cared to had a substantive response
>>
>>76807498
Yeah you're right, dairy for sure isn't a component of nutrition bars anywhere, and they for sure dont sell nutrition bars
>>
>>76805200
I hate ketotards and frozen shitholes devoid of fruit trees so much is unreal.
>>
>>76807502
>replace with water, tea or coffee
strange they didnt recommend to replace with nutrition bar
again, whether its marketing is moot, the sources stand unless directly addressed
>>
>>76803451
Eggs.
>>
>>76807514
Nta but fruit's nutrition is seriously overhyped. That being said, cut out all processed sweets & only eat fruits to satisfy sweet cravings? Almost anyone would lose a shit ton of weight that way.
>>
>>76807519
Yeah you're right, they dont promote the nutrition bar at all that's why its got a full page about the supplements and ingredients they put in it, and how its the healthiest bar on the planet etc. Sorry you get your information you base your diet on from marketers, you should really stop posting. My train of logic was sound and you are using a biased source of information designed to sell supplements in order to convey the healthfulness of basic and time-tested food group.
>>
>>76807519
>Strange they didn't tell people to replace beverages with food
Yeah that's so weird, every time I mention I'm thirsty, I've been told to eat instead of drink. They must be really next level.

what train is that again? the one where you started talking about supplements and companies instead of addressing ideas like the impact of galactose on mtor and why its used to age lab animals?
wanted to have an actual discussions about it considering have been drinking Kefir lately and whether that has the same negative implications as Milk, but youre too emotional to be able to do that when somebody dared to question your sacred milkies pajeet
>>
>>76807587
The conversation is over. Have a good one
