Do everyone's shoulders and triceps grow disproportionately slower than the rest of the muscles or is it just a skill issue? I'm enjoying mad newbie gains on all my muscle groups except these two, it's been so stagnant.

triceps yeah. shoulders either i have great genetics or high volume overhead press worked well to grow mine.

My triceps blew up faster than anything else, even before lifting I seemed to carry a little extra there naturally, biceps too. Shoulders were average and chest pretty slow. Genetics play a huge part and some of us have weird proportions. I always had meaty calves too I never train them but have good definition regardless.
