What lifts do I do to stop them?
>>
But seriously, they come on when I do leg extensions. I've warmed up, I'm decently hydrated. Could it just be an insufficiency of carbs the day before? It happened once when I was doing ohp as well. It's fucking gay, i want to be able to go all out and not be impeded by this shit.
>>
headcel?

been lifting 20+ years, never had this issue, and i train full body routines with extremely heavy strenuous heavy free weights

You're welcome mate! hope the headcelitis gets better!

Hard cardio causes these for me

over my life i had several situation when a 'initial' exertion headache started, where following headaches basically just radiated from the same spot as the initial one, days or exercises after
the main thing to counteract is to 'locate' the headache origin and strengthen the spot and surrounding area
in 90% of MY cases, they stem from weak neck and the pain radiated around the upper end of the semispinalis capitis.
for the last 7 years i did not get any exertion headaches except for last year, when i went to vacation for 1 month with no training, returned and went into a lifting session (bench) and try to beat my previous PR. But i still recovered from the same principles:
1. train the neck religiously
2. hydrate correctly (water+electrolytes)
3. learn to brace and increase the pressue, helps with the adaptation

Yeah, Ah electrolytes. Okay, thanks.
>>
Used to have to them after finally upping my training intensity but they eventually went away after a few months.
Good tip is to not hold your breath anymore and just breathe normally
>>
Had them consistently for years after 10k+ runs. Somehow went away after I started supplementing vit d and zinc around covid

Bump

When I started taking a high quality multi mine went away. Also water.

Thanks. I might try having a multi vitamin closer to my workout. I usually have one in the morning but I usually workout in afternoons. Also I think carb loading the day before so I have good energy reserves. Idk
>>
stop exerting yourself idk
