How useful are dips if you’re already doing things like decline push ups? I’m autistic so I can’t go to the gym, thinking of buying dip bars like these.
>>76805504Dumb bitch hoe ass niggaStop being pussyStraight pussy
>>76805504Nah push in with palms on dips to hit some chest, knuckles is supplementary work.
>>76805510Post body, pussy.
I fucking love dips bros
>>76805504get a pull-up tower that also has dip bars.
>>76805504I don’t know man but I’m sure if you really wanted to know you could find the answer easier on google than asking here so just buy the thing and most importantly use it.
>>76805504Decline push ups hit mostly your upper chest so dips will be a great movement for your lower chest and triceps
>>76805811how come the dip bars on these towers are angled like this while the bars in OPs picture are straight?
>>76805504>I’m autistic so I can’t go to the gymSays who
>>76805504dips is superior to any other decline variant, you're a retard if you don't do them instead
>>76807334I get more intense doms from decline press, but for some reason dips kill this cartilege in my chest that holds me back.
>>76805504dips are goatedif you're already decent at calesthenics you might be better off with a pair of rings instead of dip barsyou can do some way harder dip variations
If spics and niggers can use the gym then white autists certainly should be able to too
>>76805510Sperg here, I hate the gym dude. >b-but I like itThen you’re a normie.
>>76806729... Are you retarded?
>>76806729Bro, you use these for the dips. Ffs, baka. The other are you to hold onto while doing leg lifts.
>>76805504I had these and don't listen to >>76807569you need dips to be the right width for your shoulders. They are pretty usable but you'll want to start with whatever the "dead hang" equivalent for dips are called. if they're not the right width you'll be training wrong.you'll have a much easier time staying disciplined wiht your form if they're tall enough that you don't have to bend knees.generally tho I think home calesthenics is a meme and maybe you can find a low stimulation gym. I found one near me (lucked out) and can train there. not autistic but hypersensory so I know your pain
