Im trying to grow my ass but im a borderline anorexic. My BMI is 17.1 I have a barbell at home and up to 135lbs in plates. (I'm to anxious to go to the gym and use fancy machines)

I've started working out in the morning
35lb x 10 x 3 sets - hip thrusts
55lb x 10 x 2 sets - squats
I tried to include RDL but it feels like way too much weight for my arms/shoulders at 50lbs

If I eat right after I feel sick so I wait 2 hours, eat a full meal and then Ill snack throughout the day.

What if I just worked out more so 80% of the calories I consume go to my ass. Like if I did this again in the evening and had another full meal 2 hours after that. Idk really I'm just hoping for some advice.

You need to work your adductors and abductors as well. Eat peanut butter to get your calories up, do a "clean bulk"

My mom has one of these plastic thingies are they any good or kinda pointless? I could honestly just do it for hours. Would resistance bands be a good way to do the inverse?

"ohh im too anxious" yeah nobody else was, yet look at them going to the gym. You'll get more progression if you go to the gym and use their machines dedicated for glute growth, alongside their other weights, etc. Do you have an actual excuse to not be able to go, because that aint it.

Ok Ill do 3x5 at higher weight. Ill definetly get more when im using the whole 135, I dont think I can drink that much milk without destroying my toilet and asshole unfortunately. I seem to capped at about 1/4 litre.
