How the fuck do people who do full body workouts enjoy a pump when they only do like 2 sets?

Fullbody is the one "Split" where you shouldnt do high volume lol. That's the whole point of 3x frequency unless you can't program. You shouldnt be able to do 4 sets for everything unless you're training like a bitch. I do 8 exercises 2 sets each with everything taken to failure in my FBxUL routine

I don't care about a pump but 2 sets to failure, hitting every muscle group I care about while also being carbed up and hydrated gives me nice pumps on fullbody.
