How the fuck do people who do full body workouts enjoy a pump when they only do like 2 sets?
HIT but most fullbody troons seem to be extremely lazy to do HIT and are all DYEL so i guess they just never do mast their first session
Drops sets and supersets on muscle antagonists.Try doing a drop set on vipes followed by a drop sett on triceps, followed by a drop set on biceps. By the end your range of motion will decrease by 10 degrees due to pump.
