Im trying to lose weight i started at 90kg got down to 80kg some things happened and got back to 85 kg now back to 83kg and wanna reach 70kg any tips besides eating less and doing strength training

So long as you're tracking macros and are consistently in a calorie deficit you don't have anything to worry about. How long did it even take you to lose then gain then lose that weight?

Doing cut/bulk cycles could be advantageous, even if you'll gain a bit of fat back. I find that a few months into a cut I just get really sick of it, the occasional break isn't a horrible idea, could even just be maintenance.

Anyway sorry for posting to a dead thread.

It's not a race it's a marathon anon, take diet rest periods every 10-12 weeks and do not lose more than 1% of your bw.

literally just walking at a high pace on an incline treadmill is enough. you don't even have to recover from that and can do that every day

literally do that every day to get 10k+ steps per day , lift weights 3x per week and don't eat junk food and don't drink your calories

Good Lord bro, just eat less and move more. Don't overthink it. Start replacing your usual ingredients with stuff with fewer calories and cut trash food completely. Start using only egg whites, for example.
