i've had gamer posture since i was 12. i recently discovered a "workout" where I sit perfectly straight while gaming.

my core is on fire. my back and rear delts are on fire. it feels so fucking good. You can do this anywhere and get a core/back pump.

cheatcode?

Heavy compound lifts including front squats. Strong abs are necessary for good posture.

I went to a physio and they gave me some good neck/shoulder things to do which helped my neck a lot. But I still push my pelvis/stomach forward/my lower back 'caves in' a bit and I'm trying to find stuff to help with that. I guess hip thrusts?
