If it hits the basics of calisthenics then it'll probably be fine.
You could also look up "Convict Conditioning" if you enjoy reading.

in the end, everyone becomes fit alone, the same one everyone dies alone

Idk but like give some details duh.

This one isn't bad. I personally didn't get much gains but I got much more physically stronger and lost weight while doing LISS from being morbidly obese. The early variations he gives you are handy but my biggest lesson were the dynamic stretches. It certainly gives you a good mindset for working out regardless of where you are but it also is gives you unrealistic expectations on gaining mass.

I just want to be stronger and am poor

If you're that poor you could make your own weights out of concrete or scrap metal. If you're ultrapoor you can use waterjugs or milkjugs strungs together. Calisthenics is good for your health and stamina but you'll never grow or get strong unless you progressively add more weight (which isn't practical with calisthenics).

>Do push ups, pull ups, squats and sit ups

There. I saved you buying this book

>B-but bronson could bench press 140kg after doing push ups!

Yeah, the guy spends all day working out in an empty cell without internet, and does 1 arm push up and handstand push ups for fun

Ultra poor ( now i can calculate the heavy to lift by liters) and i dont care about grow, i just want to be stronger, thanks anon

If you want strength, you have to progressively load. Don't waste energy on too many sets or reps, focus instead on form/technique and adding weight to your lifts every month or week if possible. 3 sets of 5 reps is the hold standard for strength building.
