You have long arms, so pec flies should be a good way to target the pecs, since it doesn't target the triceps like bench press does.I do think you look very good, though, but I'm not a girl, so I can't really say what gave them the ick.

you are lean, geart job on that, honestly. impressivehowever, you are "small". you don't have that much muscle, especially your forearms and arms are small. focus on getting bigger for a year or two (not fatter, but of course you will gain some bf in the process and thats ok)
