Fitbits are alright for keeping tabs on heart rate, sleep and steps. I use an old Charge 2 from 2016, and it does a good job at helping me track where I am. I've used a knockoff one I bought this year for a bit, but then found my Charge 2 stuffed in a drawer.Some shit cheap ones will only do a BPM measurement in 5/10 minute increments which I find absolutely garbage as they don't give you a good idea on how fast your recovery is.My fitbit gives me an idea on how my recovery is after exercise and my sleep patterns.I bought a "newer" knock off one from Aldi, it uses a shitty Chinese made app that seems to be common in the knockoffs. It missed half the steps I did while walking, had useless features like "Blood Pressure" which it guessed at and overall the sleep tracking was useless. Another annoyance was if I rolled over in my sleep, the touch button would reset the watch if it was pressed for 10+ seconds, so I'd frequently get woke up by the piece of shit vibrating when it reset itself.

They're just destroying the brand so their pixel shit isn't the bottom dog any more.I would say they're fairly accurate for calories. You just got to remember to set your calorie tracking app to bmr only so when it imports activity it isn't included what's already been accounted for.
Forgot to mention if you take stuff like nicotine or a lot of caffine things that raise your hr it tends to give more erroneously high readings.
