Bro goes to bed at 8 pm like a toddler
>>76810724you tried it? feelsgoodman
>>768107249:30, actually
>>76810724If I go to bed before midnight I sleep for 3 hours max.
>>76810724No he gets about 5hrs of sleep on his own admission because there's not much going on in his head
>>76810724You have much bigger problems, especially when unaffiliated person's bedtime negatively impacts your mind.

Yeah 9:30pm for me, maybe 9 if I'm really tired then up at 5:30 or so.
>>76810724I often wake up at 430. It's pretty comfy
I go to bed when I want. Sometimes I nap from 10am to 1pm then another nap 3 to 5 ish then go bed 11 or 12. Depends how many naps I have during the day.
>>76810724You know it. I do prefer 10pm-6am, but it's just easier to have a productive day getting up at 4am.
>>76812440must be nice to be a NEET nepobaby
I go to bed at 8-8:30 and fall asleep around 9, and get up at 5 sharp. I wake up several times throughout the night so I’m still exhausted all the time. I find this to have significantly improved my sleep and I don’t change the rules for the weekend.

What's the point of gerring up so early if you need to go to bed at mid afternoon anyway?
>>76810765>5hrs of sleepThat's how you end up with dementia at 60
>>768125003:30 am here
>>76812500>>76812644Early mornings to yourself are extremely comfy... and then everyone else wakes up...
>>76812584There is no, some peoples personality revolve around getting up early due to childhood trauma of a parent who constantly yelled at them to wake up early so they made it their entire personality
>>76812678Or simply its the fact they work at 6 or 7 and naturally wake up earlier due to circadian rhythms and not the reasons that you were projecting about ;^)
>>76810724Whenever I sleep for more than 5 hours I'm a literal zombie the entire day. I need only 4-5 and I wake up fresh and ready, even without coffee.
>>76812678I have work at 0630 and I like to have breakfast and coffee before commuting. Thus, getting up at 5:30 is important to me. And I need to go to bed early (9 hours before my alarm) in order to hit my sleep goal. I need to be extremely rigid and strict with this and it has improved my sleep (and thus life) tremendously. It is super boring to go to bed at 8:30 PM and I pretty much have no social life outside of work anymore, but it is so much better than the 3-4 hours of (interrupted) sleep that I came from in the previous decade. I have had this sleep schedule for a year now, and I feel like I could get done in 1 year what I did in the last 10 and with much better quality.Sleep is an eternal struggle for me and I wish I could be casual and laid back about it, but I simply can't.
>>76812694>>76813332So basically you get up early because you have to, not because you want to. I still don't see what bragging points that does earn you, but whatever.
>>76810724he literally naps every single day, it's in one of his books
>>76812711Your pic could also say "Every filipino male between 17 and 25"
>>76812678I wake up early (6 right now) to work on my creative hobbies before work and while the world around me is dark and quiet, it's very comfy.
