THERE IS NOT A SINGLE STUDY THAT COMPARES
>HIGH PROTEIN 2-2.5G/KG
> OMAD VS 4 MEALS
>While weight training
> On a caloric defecit 500/1000
Do those fuckers don't want to see if MPS AND MPB based on meal timings during a cut actually matter are they FUCKING INSANE IM LOSING MY MID AAAAAAAAAAHHHH

write a grant proposal and get paid to find out

>what if I eat food and lift the barbell or something
>by jove what a brilliant suggestion we shall have it studied immediately

All science has a profit incentive justifying its existence. What do you have to win by doing that study? Nothing, there's no product and no program to sell here, merely a 10-5% range of improvement when conserving muscle.

You could justify it by selling convenient pre packed protein bars for easy spreading of protein across the day instead of OMAD

Well there you go, contact your nearest nutritional clinic, you already have a proposition there.

I'm pretty sure there are studies. Iirc, more meals have proven to be slightly more effective, but macros are generally more important. Protein intake depends on genetics, but the 1g/lb is a safe number that is good enough to maximize muscle growth or muscle loss prevention for 99,9% of the population. How steep your caloric deficit can be during the cut mostly comes down to body fat and genetics. Since genetics play such a big hole in lifting, it's a lot more practical to just play with your calories intake number and adjust for more or less depending how you feel during the cut.

Meal frequency is basically irrelevant, which is why they don’t

Bodybuilders disagree and 90% of broscience gets confirmed by actual studies down the line

Having to brake down muscle for amino acids instead of ingesting protein more frequently to avoid it sounds way more logical to me but you do you

Pretty much this

You can do the study yourself. You don't have to be a "scientist" to do science
>>
>>76810796
If you're bulking use milk with whey and eat pb
If you're cutting use water and instead snack on fruits or granola bars

What

Be the one man study you want to see in the world.

Just do the experiment on yourself. Empiricism got me swole.

One meal a day is retarded, don’t need a researcher to tell me that
