Today is a special day for me. For the 1st time I bench pressed 100 kg (220 pounds) for 1 rep with proper form

I'm excited about doing this for reps in the coming weeks

I couldn't even deadlift that

Despite all the claims that this is "average" I'm pretty sure this is actually like top 10-15% of lifters and top 2-3% of the general population.

I can deadlift and bench it but deadlifting is just a ticket to snap city.

1% or less males can do it.

Just stop adding to deadlift at 2pl8 singles.

Out of curiosity, who claims that? Genuinely asking, because all I need to know about such claims is going outside and seeing (at best) 6 out of 10 people out of shape, lumbering around, or generally unfit. And I live in Europe, I've heard it's even worse in North Burgeria.
