Diet soda: Gainz killer or gainz gainer?
>>
>yellows your teeth
>70% citric acid for maximum GI tract irritation
>gives you kidney stones and cancer

i guess it has a place if you're trying to break a soda addiction, but the stuff is straight garbage otherwise

>>
I have never seen a thin person drinking Diet Coke.
>>

I suppose you can cut it with 99 Grape 100 proof but this strategy has gotten far worse since those cocksuckers at Diageo discontinued the Smirnoff grape nips
>>
>>76811300
>>yellows your teeth
never heard of a straw?
>>70% citric acid for maximum GI tract irritation
wait until you find what stomach acid is
>>gives you kidney stones and cancer
pure conjecture

Is this a new meme or something?

>Among participants aged younger than 60 years, consumption of combined LNCSs [low/no calorie sweeteners] in the highest tertile was associated with a faster decline in verbal fluency (third tertile: β = −0.040, 95% CI −0.064 to −0.016) and global cognition (third tertile: β = −0.024, 95% CI −0.040 to −0.008)

>Relative to <1 glass/wk of diet soda, consuming 1–4 glasses/wk, 5–7 glasses/wk, and >7 glasses/wk, respectively, was associated with 1.08-times (95% confidence interval [95% CI], 0.75 to 1.55), 1.33-times (95% CI, 1.01 to 1.75), and 1.83-times (95% CI, 1.01 to 2.52) higher risk of ESRD [end-stage renal disorders]

The cognitive decline nonsense was debunked when it was being spammed months ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/science/comments/1n7r2xd/people_who_consumed_higher_amounts_of_artificial/

As for the other points ("muh cancer and kidney stones"), I couldn't care less since I have no risk factors and no symptoms after 15 years of daily consumption, again it seems like something someone with unfortunate genetics mgiht get

only poor fags drink these. there are super healthy sodas that are tastier than these $1 cheap ass sodas and provide you with probiotics, prebiotics like ur eating greek fucking yogurt. slice, ollipop, poppi, zevia, etc. just spend $3 per can. it's nothing compared to at least $100k you are making annually (how can you not)
>>
>>76811315
reverse correlation possibly? fatties got fat on full-sugar soda and swap to diet/zero blends as damage control when it's too late
>>
>>76811429
>moron thinks a bunch of weak confounded associations prove anything
about as retarded as i expected
>>
>>76811429
It's because fat people are unhealthy and fat people tend to drink the most diet soda, not because diet soda actually CAUSES health problems. Owning a lighter is associated with an increased risk of lung cancer

NTA. I am on track to make only $75k this year. However, I just got some important certs for work and I am asking my company to increase my pay by 40%. If they decline I already have 4 other companies who have actively recruited me and I can easliy go to any of those for the raise I seek. Next year should be my first 6-fig year. Time to go from being a poorfag to a slightly-below-averagefag
