Mostly a function of age (mostly young), income (few poors), education (minimum buy-in is a bachelors, demographics (lots of whites and Asians), and brutally competitive dating scene. My Trader Joe’s is right next to a barre studio. If you shop after a class gets out you’ll be knocking shit off the shelves in those tiny aisles with your huge boner.
