BJJ, Judo, Muay ThaiWhich TWO and why?
MT and Judo. Complete fighting system with complimentary standup, while also having a ground component.bjj is optimal for women as it is rape defense. most men who do bjj are emotionally stunted in some way and should be avoided. they will obliterate your knee at an open mat then tell you it was your fault for not tapping in the millisecond they gave you before cranking it.MT and Judo have a higher rate of injury, but lower injury severitybjj has a lower rate of injury but much higher injury severity based off data. it's something like after 3 years of bjj you have a 90% chance of requiring some form of surgery due to injury.
>>76812901this an IQ test?BJJ and Muay Thai because Brazilians and Thais are both southern and brown.
>>76812901You won't even have time for two martial arts plus some neccessary lifting on the side (and maybe some extra cardio). Just pick one, they're all fun.
>>76812913>after 3 years of bjj you have a 90% chance of requiring some form of surgery due to injuryThere is no way that is true (unless this stat is only about pro level competitors or something)
>>76812901It depends on where you're doing jiu-jitsu. It can be more complete than judo if your gym works on the standing game as well. I go with jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. Anyways, Sanda is also pretty good if you.
