Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Scale went down fellas by 7lbs to be exact in a span of 25 days, I know I could do better from now on. I got 15lbs more to go within 6 bloody weeks before the vacation ends and showcase that I’m fit to peers

Now, I get into bed at 8:30PM, sleep by 9PM, wake up at 4:30AM, news scroll for 15 minutes, get out of bed, drink my protein shake + pre workout + supplements, get to the gym at 5AM, lift and jog until 6AM, get home at 6:05AM, shower, brush my teeth, floss, put tretinoin, moisturizer, sun screen, azelaic acid on my face, style my hair using pomade, comb and trim loose hairs on my beard, add beard oil, curl my eyelashes, carefully pick my outfit based on matching colors, season, daily acitivies, belt has to match shoes, everything has to be cohesive, final mirror check, out the door at 6:45AM, get to work barely on time.

This is actually really meaningful to do. The younger ones usually egolift, I don't do it to them directly, but indirectly works. It feels good when they match my rythm and clearly take pointers on proper form. Yeah I'm doing that this monday (timing is good cause my meal prepped low calorie foods will be out by sunday night). I still plan to eat healthy and enough protein, and I wont stop my lifts, but will just eat maintenance. My issue is i'm worried about being accurate with what my maintenance number is.
