Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Right, I've plateaud after losing over 110lb. Not because I've caught up with myself. I just let my foot off the gas for the diet while I focused more on exercise. More proving to myself that I can maintain the loss and have started doing things I never thought I'd ever do (running a half marathon and have now got two mountains under my belt)

But its time for me to crack that whip on myself again and go for the next 50lb push.

I generally have success with shakes, previously having used huel and myprotein. Each has its ups and downs, but has anyone used any others? Looking for another one, the thicker it is when prepared, the better.

You'll lose weight if you aim to 2000kcal per day. More in a higher deficit, more if you increase activity. Doing IF with morning cardio (~60min) in a fasted state, eating 20f-40c-40p around 1800-2000 kcal would be a really good start.

I just ate 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and I think its okay because I ran 2 miles eariler and my lunch was only like 600 calories.

Honestly? I tried being very autistic about calorie counting. I suggest using FatSecret or Yazio for it. Then I also have been going to the gym regularly 4-5 days a week doing a simple push/pull/legs with a day for cardio. I tried to do routines with a fair amount of volume, though I can't measure how many kgs you should lift in each session, try to do 4 reps in the main exercises with 10-12 reps.

Also, no soda, no fat loaded meals etc etc... basically follow CICO

Okay anons, having issues how to reliably track my home-cooked meals.
As a bit of background I love italian food so I mostly do stuff like ragu bolongese where you in the simplest terms slap ingredients together into a pot, put it over very low heat, and forget about it until it's essentially devoid of water. Usually when cooking something on my own i use Cronometer's custom recipe functions which calculates the calories/nutrients based on individual ingredients input
Issue:

As a result I just today had a 634g pile of meat and pieces of tomato skin on my pan (measured via a kitchen scale, which cronometer claimed equals 631 kcals and 59g of protein. Which of course seems bullshit as the primary ingredient remaining after cooking is just the meat and a mix of fat infused veggie remnants so this shit is probably closer to 1500kcal and 100g of protein.
Not to mention cronometer claiming there's alcohol in the recipe because i added wine which fully reduced and boiled off along with the alcohol.

I made this revelation while doing night shift for a while. I would work in this Hotel with hundreds of people, any one of which is perfectly capable of, and allowed to, go out and wander around the halls and reception and ask for extra pillows and room service or anything, but no one ever did. It was disturbingly quiet.
Waking up and sleeping whenever it was needed, schedules and the times to do things just appeared so arbitrary to me. You really can do whatever you like within reason.

One of the things with fat loss is that it's very easy to get it back: Once you're thinner, maintenance calories are lower, you become less discipled because you've already achieved so much and you kind of get sick of caloric deficits.

Occasionally increasing to at least maintenance is a good idea if only for the phycological benefits of not being sick of it. If you bulk, you not only get that break but you also put on some muscle, which is nice aesthetically, good for long term health and also increases your maintenance calories just a little bit, making future cuts easier. Also has the benefit of you maintaining the kind of control necessary to lose 20kg.

You don't need to wait until you've achieved your desired leanness to start bulking, you can pick it up again after the bulk when it will be easier.

If you're worried about gaining the fat back again, then make sure that the surplus is very small and do a lot of light cardio. You will gain a bit of fat but you're obviously pretty good at losing it, so you shouldn't worry.

I think you'd look good with a bit of muscle frankly.
