I did my first cut ever earlier this year, 184->151 in ~3 monthsI was doing ~1000cal daily deficit, lifting and cardio.it fucking sucks. its brutal. but its also really worth it in the end. next time im not going to do 1000 because thats psychotic and I probably lost lean muscle. 500 sounds like heaven.CICO chads win every time
