So I started going to the gym again after a period of rest, and here’s my current upper body split. I mostly do 2 upper body days and 3 leg days, but sometimes I skip the third leg day and do a bit of cardio instead.

Upper 1
Chest press
Shoulder press
Lat pulldown
Wide grip rows
Tricep straight bar pushdown
Bicep Curls
Cable Lateral Raises

Upper 2
Seated Row – Neutral/Close Grip
Pec Deck/Machine Chest Fly
Cable Lateral Raises
Rear Delt Fly
Cable Face Pulls
Cable Hammer Curls
Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions


I mostly do 3 sets of 10-12 reps each or until failure.
And I’m a woman for reference.
