Checked, I will deliver. Gotta keep losing weight to keep losing fat for the most part. You'll have to just keep eating less (lowering your daily calories by 300-500 should be manageable long term) while working out and progressively overloading. You won't accidentally get big or huge but more muscles on your body will increase daily maintenance calories. This along with a very tiny calorie deficit will help shred fat at a healthy pace. Stay consistent with a clean diet and the small deficit and avoid goyslop and processed slop.

Any PPL with intensity plus some light cardio. The idea is to build as much muscle as possible. And no, you're not going to get bulky and muscular unless you have higher than average testosterone for a woman. The muscle will help you gain good weight so you can maintain a higher caloric intake while not contributing to fat gaining.

I figured it was something super low.

People say you need to restrict calories when dieting, and that's true, but people tend to cut WAY to much.
The body needs enough not to just survive but enough to have everything run near optimally if you want good results.
People tend to cut well below this optimal level and it fucks up their hormones and stresses that body too much that effects where fat is cut and stored.
People store fat mostly near their stomach when they have shit hormonal profile from a shitty diet and stress.
You were cutting way too low and were stressing your body so much it kept fat around your waist instead of it more spread out.

I'm in a cut right now and it's so far been the best cut I've been on because I'm cutting on 2500 calories instead of dipping around 1800 calories like I used to.
I'm able to do this because I actually bulked first and got to a maintenance level of 3000s calories at around 18%bf as a 210lb 6' guy.
I only started about 4 weeks ago but I'm already down to 205lbs and that has all come from my waist and legs; my arms, shoulders, back and chest haven't lost any size.
So far this has been my best and easiest cut (low hunger pains, sleep well, still have good libido) and it's because I can keep a relatively high caloric diet while cutting.

I'd suggest you actually "bulk up" by continuing exercising and do a small caloric surplus of ~200 calories over maintenance until you have a caloric maintenance level that allows you to to cut at a reasonable caloric amount.

Okay ill help OP. First off stop negging yourself so bad, it's a fitness journey and youre well on your way. As a 6'2 male I date mostly amazon women, cause they like someone who can make them feel small. My current FWB is 5'11 and 172, and she has a similar tummy. My ex was 5'9 and 165, had a Flat V tummy, and a fat ass and D's, so it sounds like your issue is body composition at 6 feet and 152 cause you should be a rail. So just keep augmenting body comp.

It sounds like your excercises are mostly bodyweight and resistance, so id say more activity would help, more cardio, or heavier weight and more explosive excercies, cause at 152 at 6 feet, I dont think your weight is the problem. Hello I am 5'10 15 lbs and have a flatter stomach. BMI is bullshit just look in the mirror. If you start seeing bones poking out elsewhere then you can be more concerned but you are nowhere near anorexic looking. I'm assuming, if your limbs are fit and thin, this is definitely a stress belly based on too little calories. If you continue you will lose it but your body won't be toned which you may or may not want. Also, do actual lifts. What the fuck is 1kg dumbbell going to do? I lift heavy and I do not at all look muscular except for my back but that's because I rock climb. Lifting helped me go from having no ass to a decent ass. Eat whole foods stop eating so much sugar if you're having more than 30g or so a day. Also depending on your age get a husband early who loves and supports you. Best decision I have ever made. Make sure you find some kind(s) of physical activity you enjoy enough to do it twice or more a week. Obviously here we're fanatical about lifting since it's the fastest way to an aesthetic physique and solitary lifting in the gym suits autistic people. But any real physical activity is probably enough for most people. listen to your body and don't do shit like complex heavy lifts without someone experienced to guide you or you'll get injured or generally burnt out.

Then for diet. find the mid point between Lyle Mcdonalds RFL and a more normal diet.
Lyle Mcdonalds RFL is too extreme for it to be easy for normal people but it's the only aggressive cut diet I know that includes enough protein. Infact that's all it is.
So add low calorie foods/meals into your day until you find a mid point that you can sustain easily.
Obviously daily intake should be below calories burned. You'll probably go with a 500-1000 calorie deficit. go as aggressive as you want so long as you feel good.
Use chatgpt to work out RFL protein target depending on total calories you plan to consume.
Work out a diet that fits the your daily routine, calorie and protein targets then just repeat it so you don't have to count shit every day.
Listen to your body rather than fight it with diet too, break the diet as necessary to keep you going steady.
