Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Go to a gym and figure out what you like then before home buys, if youve actually been consistent with your caloric budget then youll likely be spending less in general with a gym membership than when you were eating slop constantly, you will need to incorporate some measure of exercises sooner or later, and it doesnt seem like youre current plan isn't helping break the plateau

I went 150 kilos to 84 kilos naturally and looked like this pic. About a decade ago.

I never got abs or really low bodyfat, leanest ever is maybe 15%?

I bounced up to 91 recently and grabbed Mounjaro and am now aiming for 78 kilos and abs if they're even possible, with this skin we don't even know. But also had surgery on the chest that's why it's messed to remove some loose skin.

I am DONE! No more! I was planning on continuing to december 1st, but fuck that. I have taken this way too far already. I'll instead use this week to very slowly up my calorie intake to normal levels.

If you access to either shoulder press machine or an incline bench you can try out a good trajectory and form. Keeping the bench almost upright and gluing your back there. Use smaller weight until your core catches up.

I wouldn't recommend it. I 100% did not do it the "correct" way. I'm no expert.
But the most important part was a shitload of potatoes (boiled, 80 calories per 100g), a shitload of cod fillet (77 calories, 17g protein per 100g), pork tenderloin (110 calories, 22g protein) and basic chicken breast, which you should be familiar with. Do NOT fall for cheat meals whatsoever, and if in a social setting it would be rude not to eat a bit or your meal was a mystery ammount of calories, fast for long enough that it shouldn't matter either leading up to it or after.

I've never been fit in my life and I'm wondering if casual joint pain is just a fact of life for a person like me. I don't really exercise hard (or with a lot of weight) and typically total around 100~min a week. I have learned to be quite proper with my form but I still experience joint pain in my knees, elbows, and wrists.
