Everything that lasts longer than a few days is bad for your health, so how do you even get to eat something good every day? I tried freezing meat but it tastes so much worse after that.

Sauerkraut lasts years at room temperature and it prevents scurvy. Throw in some hot dogs, easy health.

thats the problem, its not once a week. If ground beef lasts 2 days I have to eat it within these 2. Same with nearly every other fresh meat.

You get good enough at cooking that the frozen meat still tastes good, then you buy the family packs of everything and freeze them. The stuff that would be ruined by freezing you eat early in the week. I never freeze steak and I can remember the last time I ate chicken that wasn't moved from the freezer to the fridge the night before.

Cooking a beef stake/mince and some eggs takes like 20 minutes tops.

I eat MREs, drink protein shakes, and take vitamins.
I put 0 thought into my food past if I'm getting enough calories, protein, fat, carbs, and nutrition.

It's called a fridge you store food there, you can also get a freezer to store food longer. Before they had to salt and dry the foods, we live in a good time to save food.
