>>76865202I grew up skelle. When i ate so little my calories were like 1k or sub 1k so my stomach had shrank and it expanded slowly as i ate more. You only need a surplus of a few hundred calories. A very easy solution would be mass gaining protein. Either you are full of shit, too poor to afford a bulk, or you are trying to eat more food than you need. I have felt like this at the end of a cut. But having lifted for a few years i know my appetite will grow. I cant believe i wrote all that cuz honestly if you lift with enough intensity and volume you will be famished after.

I am the same.The only way I can bulk without feeling like shit is to make about two of my meals drinking calories by blending until low viscosity. For breakfast, I blend oats, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, walnuts, flaxseeds, yoghurt, honey, and a lot of water added + some whole milk. Lots of calories and is a micronutrient powerhouse that makes me feel amazing.

>>76864972Your metabolism is likely spiking until you're no longer at a surplus which is where the quality and macros start to matter more when at a higher surplus or it's all fat. Keep insulin high and protein high during recovery for increased muscle and fat gain when either macro is consumed. Juices are nice for nutrients and immediate glycogen reatoration, do more isolations and pump work and you can lift the same muscle 2 days in a row to a benefit even if hyperteophy wasn't stimulated past idk 50%. Also hydration/salt/carbs are huge to keep high all the time and is why constant lifting is kind of necessary to not just put on a shitload of fat, in an optimal scenario for hypertrophy I'd be doing a solid 5-20 sets a day 5x/wk if you include forearms calves etc by spreading out the workload and doing a lot of extra odd movements or are deep into the lifting week.Wtf is your programming and technique for bench in particular, I've hit a wall in strength lately but size keeps going up and I have no clue why, and all at about the same weight.
