a whole XL dominos pizza isn't that hard to finish even for an avg. american man. and the PUMP the day after during workout is simply filthy. even some of my pro buddies load 'emselves with pizzas before a pro show.

a pizza, raising canes' box combo, a whole korean fried chicken, a couple in n out 3x1 never hurt.. over the years, i understood why they say the best body builders are the best eaters.

Yoghurt
Apple
There's no value for money anywhere in my country. Doing this is great and it takes less than 5 mins each evening to make the wrap.

Fries, soda, shakes, "cornbread" and other extras are what's bad

I literally couldn't have hit my natty peak without mcdoubles.
If you're lifting heavy enough at enough volume often enough, you NEED all that fat. That said, you still have to eat plenty of veggies but being able to order just the right stuff from the places you're talking about (and none of the bad) is probably the biggest fitness hack in developed countries
