Is not playing sports during your teen years a death sentence for future muscle building and athleticism? I've been gymcelling for a year now, gained some strength but my body is still a skinny-fat mess.
Men peak at 35 brah the best time to start lifting manmade metal and punching pillows is when you grow older
I regret not playing hockey so much. But I’m still in decent shape despite playing tennis
>>76866199Moreover, you develop high inhibition for everything. I always hesitate whilst doing pullovers on a bar. Muh I'm going to fall and shit.
no. the death sentence is autism. there are plenty people who get jacked in their 30s. just don't be depressed, eat and lift, there's not much else to it
I was always a scrawny kid. I think there's a nutrient or two that I'm not getting enough of. If that's it, then I'll figure it out and get fucking huge. Currently I think it's iron.
>>76866192Playing American football was a fucking mistake but at least it taught me how to lift weights. I could go without the random nerve pain I get from injuries sustained during it though
>>76866623I want my future sons to play it for the lifting and teamwork components, but I don't want them to actually play because of the injuries
>>76866192You don't have to play sports but you do have to be activeLiterally just play outside or get a part time manual labor job
>>76866623>>76866639>play football>get injuredliteral skill issuei played college ball and the worst i ever got was a mildly sprained ankle
>>76866639>just put the dress on broNah chill lil faggot.
>>76866639>t. every 30+ year roastie
>>76866192Not necessarily but you do need more attention to detail.
>>76866192I did track, swim team and hockeyand did really good in all of them despite being a borderline underweight guy. I didn't start really gaining muscle until my late 20s. I would say it's generally not horrible to put it off but you'll need a lot more patience going into it if you don't have young connective tissue.
>>76866554>no. the death sentence is autism.>just don't be depressed,fuck
diet if you're "skinny-fat" (fat) push yourself at the gym if you're not used to exercise you're probably training like a pussy so max intensity until you grow some balls
>get permanent brain damage from concussions while your brain is still developing>chance for dementia hikes up dramatically so you end up getting it at 70A lot of meatheads here say>b-but I don't want to live to 70 anyway!Nice. I hope you're rich then because by the time you're 65, the retirement age will be 75.
>>76866192There’s scrawny normie npcs who never did sports in their whole lives and just played bidya games and pulled beautiful birds. The death sentence is having the tism.
>>76868464>implying I won’t die from a heart attack from too much coffee and steroids before 50Nice try rabbi, not today
>>76866192>Is not playing sports during your teen years a death sentence for future muscle building and athleticism? No, in fact playing sports is a waste of time in your teen years. You aren't going pro, ever and you can get all of the same benefits of being on the sports teams by being fitter than those faggots. You should be lifting and can do it anytime.
>>76866192It just takes longer brother
>>76868545Who cares about girls? I want to be big and lift heavy. Sadly, I'm capped hard by my shit frame.
>>76866192>>76866192high school sports are more about making social gains than anything. and those brain-dead coaches will absolutely encourage you to destroy your body to win the big game (that no one will remember ten years from now). i'd say that the best benefit of sports in school is the possibility of scholarships for college but if you focus on getting good grades instead, you'll end up with plenty of merit-based grants anyway. and there's plenty of ways to make social gains outside of team sports. the key is learning teamwork and cooperation and leadership skills. 16 is a great time to start lifting weights though.
>>76869228Just do roids mane
>>76866192No you have until about 25-30 before losing peak potential gains without roids
Depending on what you lift it's not the fault of not getting gains it's the fault of not being lean enough
>>76869326I mostly agree but playing a niche sport like lacrosse/squash will get you into a lot of elite schools
