Haven't been going to the gym for the past few months because I've generally just been feeling like pure shit. Finally went again and passed out mid-bench press, gym staff called an ambulance for me. I had a biopsy done and the doctors told me there's a chance I could have cancer, but I'm still waiting for the results.

It's a vicious cycle where I don't go to the gym because I feel like shit and I feel like shit because I don't go. I can literally feel all my progress being undone and my muscles are wasting away.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me I just feel so physically weak and feel like every day is wasted now. Has anyone else here struggled with some kind of chronic illness? How did you push through it and stay fit and active?
