Is it safe to eat canned fish on a daily basis? I swear my brain works better after eating a few cans, it's almost like going from 69 IQ to 150

I'm afraid of fish smell

I ate a can of sardines daily for 3 months; never noticed any issues, but I also never noticed any changes, so I've tapered down to just 3x a week

How do you think a sardine burrito would taste?

I eat those all the time. Eggs sardines n potatoes. Very good.

The only worries about canned sardines are microplastics

eat canned cod liver once a week
you get all the nutrients (minus protein) in a single can than you'd get from eating multiple cans of sardines throughout the week.

no, 100% of people who ate canned fish died afterwards.

It's the only food I've tried that I couldn't keep down. Tried to feed it to my gf's cat instead and even the cat almost vomited.

The mercury in small fish is fairly low so compared to all the other shit you accidentally consume, I wouldn't worry about it

It's safe as long as u don't eat the can
