How do I get my left arm to stop being such a bitch compared to my right arm?
I stop doing curls as soon as my left arm gives up to try and get the left arm in parity with the right but months and months and my left arm gives out way earlier and I feel like I could easily do another 5 or 6 reps with the right arm.

Are you using a barbell? Your left wont catch up because your right side can take over and compensate.
Add dumbbells in to your routine then do each exercise one arm at a time, left arm first then match the reps with your right.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

Do one arm exercises and do a couple sets more on your left side
