Bros, I need your help.
I feel nothing while doing this exercise. Normally, I can feel the muscles working even with little weight, but I feel nothing while doing the pullover. I watched some videos, I have read some stuff on the internet, but nothing seems to work.

Flip 90 degrees and go across the bench. Let your ass drop a little bit so your spine extends. Bend your arms at the elbows. Pullovers are an amazing lat and teres exercise and a very mediocre chest exercise, and lying flat on a bench makes it a lot harder to really get your back into the movement.
Pic related, it's Arnold doing what I described on a specialized bench built just for such movements.

Hold the dumbbell from the side, lat bar stiff arm pushdowns are the end of rom freeweights are more limited. I honestly prefer dragonflags and strict core based incline/mp I built a pretty thick upper core/serratus you gotta try the presses and curl in, you'll be able to use a surprisingly low amount of weight.

I assume you don't have a pullover machine so use cables instead. The pullover is like calf raises or flyes you feel it when you squeeze but also do it for the stretch. With dbs there is no squeeze because gravity and leverages, not even a little bit like with flys, db pullovers end 2/3 through the ROM with zero resistance. Since the all emphasis is on the stretch they might be worth it if you believe they can expand your ribcage, I don't know if modern broscience supports that claim.
