This is my 2 year progress before and after. I attribute my recent gains to doing abstinence for 52 days now. ( nofap )
For over 2 years I have been training daily. The volume has gradually increased. Also, before I did mostly pullups and barely any pushing. Now I do lots of pushups with different variations, and less pulling
