I haven't been to the gym in nearly 2 months. I haven't been eating as much. I've lost size and strength and I feel ashamed.I wish I had a dedicated gym buddy. :(
I'd rather work out at home. Only reason I ever go to a gym is if somebody wants me to. Doing things alone is boring
