How do some people get so shredded on keto, yet I have to eat >4000kcal to stay satiated?I read how ketosis kills your appetite yet I notice no difference even after weeks on zero carbs. What am I doing wrong?
Reminder: op (kekke) is a 38 year old trooned out wog from australia. He doesn't work and literally does not go outside. His life revolves around spamming 4chan.
>>76867996Nah man I just used the image from that other thread. I'm a different guy.
>>76867926Dietary fat while high insulin literally packs on fat, disregarding sodium+water retention which basically reveals actual body composition. Balance out fatty acid chains and frontload it to breakfast and less throughout the day. Keeping each meal surplus to less by having calories go to glycogen restoration and protein synthesis while keeping calories high. I'd say high muscle mass is easily the best way to keep test high and everything else easy, I have to worry about every minute detail less as mass goes up I can lift anything hard for a week and it's permagains. I prefer hard cuts between hard lifting for muscle size, leanness is more consistently not going nuts on food fuck that I wanna get strong not lean.
>>76867926Maybe you were/are malnourished and playing catchup
>>76868005For some reason that image or just mentioning keto triggers a lot of people here
>>76868029That's probably it. I always tried to switch to keto after already dieting for a while. However, Keto is kinda pointless if it brings my body fat back up to 15%. I can maintain that on any diet.>>76868021Can you dumb that down a little bit for me? When you talk about insulin in the context of Keto, are relating it to protein intake?
>>76868032I've always wondered why people get so angry about keto. I can see two reasons:- Carbs are addictive and the idea that they "should" give them up makes people defensive- Vegans relate Keto diets to meat consumption and higher animal abuse
Keto isn’t even real and veganism mogs ur entire life
>>76868040Also carbs give you energy, while the only thing that really makes you fat is calorie surplus. So it seems when people vilify carbs they might not be very well educated
>>76868319what. the point is if you only consume protein you can't add fat.protein makes muscle or energy.fat makes hormones or fat.carbs makes energy or fat.really simple.yea I never bothered to fact check it. someone posted that text on an image on here once but it sounds good and I've been dropping body fat percent at 3200 cal daily so there's a preponderance of evidence supporting high protein diets.
>>76868319Right, but some people stay satiated more easily on a keto diet. I'm not one of them, apparently.
