>>76867952carb addiction. give it time.
>>76867952you aren't supposed to take vitamins on an empty stomach
Some supplements you can take on an empty stomach some you can’t. Something tells me you're popping 30mg zinc tablets on an empty stomach if you’re feeling like shit.
>>76868580>>76868566This. I'm doing rolling 72 hour fasts. Thought it'd be a good idea to take my multivitamin without food. I was on the toilet all day.
>>76867952If you're on a balanced diet, by definition you don't need vitamins or other supplements. Your nutrition needs should be entirely met by your diet.
cut the iron out
souplements are a scam
>>76867952Means you're overdoing zinc or iron or another metalAlso, some supps need food, others are better alone, but most importantly, you shouldn't need any supps beyond caffeine, creatine, and maybe an herbal cortisol suppressant
>>76869400nearly all drugs are made by studying the molecules extracted from food aka supplements
>>76869555ok? That doesn't mean they aren't a scam by ripping people off who buy them. You can do research on them without having to sell them.
>>76869579if a molecule (supplement) has a studied effect that's what it does and therefore not a scam if that's what you buy it for
>>76869596it's a scam in the sense that it does nothing to most people because they get all their vitamins from food. If they are deficient then yes it will do something, but most people aren't and are likely over-dosing thus making their health worse.
>>76869616supplements aren't just vitamins in fact most supplements aren't vitamins or minerals they are extracts standardized to a or a subset of molecules that cannot be readily obtained through the diet either because you'd have to eat too much and or too many things, it be prohibitive in some way.
>>76868605where did ur picrel eat tren and meth in his natural diet?
>>76867952Start doing this
>>76869416>you shouldn't need any supps beyond caffeine, creatine, and maybe an herbal cortisol suppressantLOL what medical research is this from? Ladies home journal? The NHANES study showed that the majority of people living where it snows are vit D deficient in the winter. "majority" means only like 60% or so. If you're in the 40% there's no reason to supplement.Tests are pretty cheap...
>>76868605Balanced in no way means sufficient.
>>76869616The problem with this statement is you have no evidence for it because you made it up entirely.
