I can't fucking lose weight

I keep hitting the gym, i can hit really heavy stuff now, i can full stack machines, but I can't fucking lose weight. I'm still a fat fuck.

I hate getting stronger but still look like shit.

Do I have to fast?
I don't eat junk food much, probably like once or at most twice a week, I eat out. I hate chips, fried stuff and most junk food, I just chug zero calorie energy drinks.

It's not fair, I'm trying my hardest at the gym but I'm not losing weight. I spend hours there, I'm sore as fuck when I leave. I normally do full body everytime, 2 sets to failure.

I fucking hate cardio, I don't wanna do cardio.

No, but you have to eat less. Try only one modest meal at night. For most people it's much easier to be hungry in the morning.

I would say start counting calories for a few days. See what your average is. Then find out what you need to eat to be at the weight you want. Then make it high protein. That’s a good start.
