Is lifting the cure for libido loss?
Is lifting the cure for lower-back pain?

I'm struggling with those things even if I have been lifting rather haphazardly for years. I wonder if as I age lifting should be a more central thing seeing the possible consequences of ignoring my health. So yeah, lifting, cardio? What's your experience with lifting as you age?
