i just end up exhausted and horny, nothing positive ever came out of it. i can deadlift 120kg for 5 sets of 5 reps and i like my physique but i feel like shit ALL THE TIME. i'm a neet so it doesn't really matter that much, but i wish i just did something with that energy instead of expecting the gym to give me motivation for doing shit.
i'm always exhausted from lifting heavy metals, is something supposed to magically happen?

Sounds like you have clinical depression and you should see a psychiatrist

Unfortunaly, the gym cant really replace interacting with other people. We are social creatures after all, maybe try and talk to some of the regulars at your gym?

Well, son, there's more to fulfillment than lifting weights, and one of those things is having a job. Common for people like you is you want to skip the bottom 3 steps of the pyramid, but that's not how it works. Work your way up, one step at a time.
