I just spent 20 minutes chucking a tennis ball I found on my walk at one of these walls at a local tennis court and found more joy than just walking laps every day. I only stopped because I lost the ball. Any ideas on what (fun) exercises I can do with only a wall? I also live by a Baseball field but not much you can do with one of those with only yourself.

The op (kekke) is a 3.8 year old trooned out dog from australia. He doesn't work and literally does not go inside. His life revolves around spamming 4chan

>>76869473even just wall practice alone can make you decent at the first few months of tennis progress if you're consistent and try a variety of shots and vary your footwork and timingi've played a similar game with a soccer ball and the fencing behind the batting plate at a baseball field, you try to call your shots and swoop to the rebound and shoot again etc etc. fun shit to do by yourself (more than jogging) and even better with a partner or two etc
>>76869473someone makes this rubber ball thingy with nubs on it, so when it bounces the rebound is random and it's supposed to help develop your reaction time. i imagine throwing that against your wall would be just as much fun and give you a better workout + makes you faster.
