Don’t listen to fags like this, infact if he reads this he should post body to prove it.

Close grip bench press is the best chest exercise, combine that with weighted dips and you’ll have all the chest activation you’ll ever need. You don’t have hours to spend in the gym, you’re a working man. Do exercises that hit the most amount of muscles and put the most stress on them in the shortest amount of time.

Bench, OHP, Squat, Deadlift, Rows, Pullups, Chin Ups, Dips

No, OP. You have to shock your chest brother. Incline, decline, flat bench, incline decline flat dumbbell press. Each one will make you stronger in different ways. Then you'll notice increasing weight with dumbbell incline, might increase your decline bench or other combinations.

I think the key is to introduce an adduction movement like chest flies. Either before the pressing movement, to activate the pecs properly, and then you will definitely feel all bench variations more, or you do your incline bench first and then finish with a fly.

I have basically stopped doing all flat bench as soon as I started doing incline often. it's fucking amazing. Up to 2 plates for reps
