Is fasting bad for your skin? I routinely go 18-24 hours without eating and am concerned about it raising my cortisol. I prefer OMAD but will reform if it causes wrinkles.

I don’t like this. Once I start eating, I just want to have my full daily intake. Not sure why, it’s just what works for me.
