>drive 25 minutes each way to gym
>spend $20,000+ on fully equipped home gym
>spend $2000-$4000 on basic homegym necessities
>buy some sandbags, maybe a couple kettlebells and dumbbells for under $500
What are the downsides of Sandbag training?
I'm already 4.5/4/2.1/1.6 on all my compound lifts
it'll keep me strong on all my lifts if I ever do decide to go back to the gym right?
