For those who deadlift at home, what kind of material do you lay on the floor to prevent potential damages from deadlifts?
I'm thinking about taking advantage of the Black Friday deals and build a home gym.

use stall matts. Foam won't do anything and deform. Stall mats are made for horses and livestock to walk on them and piss and shit on them 24/7
