Am I going to get nerve damage from this shit? I have pretty small hands for a guy. Somehow I can't imagine that repeatedly putting 200 pounds of weight on my hands and wrists is a good idea

I once thought it was a great idea to try doing pullups using only 1 fingers on each hand. My forearm muscles locked up painfully and stayed firm for like 3 hours until finally relaxing
