How do you stay consistent?
I honestly have no fucking clue. Been consistently lifting for 6 months now, but every evening when I have to lift is so fucking difficult man. Yet, I keep doing it for some reason.
You gotta want it. You clearly don't. I get anxiety on my rear days
Anons, how do you go back to consistently working out after getting sick for a few days?
I have absolutely no concept of discipline or consistently. I work out whenever I can because I like working out and I love getting stronger. There is no trick to it, if you truly want the gains then its very easy. Eating right consistently is 10x harder than going to the gym. I don't know how to never fuck up my diet. I have basically never gone more than 2 weeks in a row of a diet without fucking it up in my life. But the good thing about always lifiting is that even when you over eat you are probably partitioning some of that into muscle gains.
>>76872180>>76872190>>76872223People train too hard and their workouts are too long, your body rightfully hates it.You won't lose your gains if you go much lighter and with much less volume. People don't realize they can maintain and gain on much less.
By listening to common advice of starting with low weight and taking years to build up to what retards on this shitty board claim to have lifted on day 1.
>>76872180Figure out how much you can do consistently.Have a plan B. Maybe you can't do 6 sets for everything and really crush it that day do 2 instead but do them hard.
>>76872180The biggest trick I have found is designing a program that I can do consistently.
>>76872180Do it every day, becomes routine.

What should I do I humiliated myself by crying and crying endlessly to a troll that win the debate and now I am butthurt. Created two threads about how butthurt I am.
