Tell me the downsides.All my old preworkouts got moisture in them and rotted and I started working out a lot more frequently lately. I could use a preworkout for after work.

>>76872589You probably only need something with a decent amount of caffeine and beta alanine. Shit like L-citruline, beta alanine, vitamins and others are better if you take them daily outside of your pre-workout.
