I know this is a bizarre inquiry but I am in need of potential wisdom on this topic. Basically I managed to get really big and strong as a natural and the cons are appearing to outweigh the positives of being this big. I appreciate the respect I get from being big but it comes off as too intimidating than desired in day to day life and young women seem offput by it. My family is telling me I look like a "meathead" who doesn't have anything going on outside the gym.

I haven't lifted weights in 4 months and my InBody Scan (scam?) still puts me at a 25 FFMI. I enjoy being strong and would prefer not to lose my strength.

Anyone know what to do?
